As a team, we will:

  • Provide you with a thorough, comprehensive report of the damages (estimate) and explain the process for working with your insurance estimate
  • Use only the finest products and OEM parts
  • Manage any insurance company issues that may arise
  • Provide you with a “target date” for the completion of your vehicle once the parts have arrived
  • Work hard to ensure a high standard of workmanship while our management team ensures that you are kept up to date on your vehicle progress with repair status updates
  • Coordinate rental vehicle arrangements including shuttle service to Enterprise and leaving the rental car at our facility at time of pick-up
  • Provide you with a written warranty at the time of pick-up
