Wow this is the best Auto body repair shop I’ve ever been to!

I had fender damage on my Tesla model 3 that required ordering a whole new bumper and left fender. I reached out to them and they quickly got me on the schedule for inspection. I had to reschedule a few times and they worked with me every step of the way to make it most convenient for me. They also worked with my insurance so I did not have to do anything!
The staff is extremely professional, they followed up with me often and quickly on every step of my car repair. They were even nice enough to lend me a free loaner car while my car was in their shop! I did not have care rental on my insurance policy so it was really nice that they lended me a car for a few weeks. After my car was finished they told me that it was almost ready for pick up they just had to wash my car and detail it which was extremely nice of them. They went above and beyond to meet my needs.
A week later I noticed a DEEP scratch in my car. I thought shit I can’t do anything about this so I contacted Amato’s and they offered to fix the scratch for FREE and give me a loaner while they repair my car. I can’t stress enough how amazing this business is and Amato’s will always be the first shop I call for any auto body repair I need.

Amato’s handled our insurance claim body work after an unfortunate parking lot encounter, where a hit-n-run driver left a long deep gouge down the entire right hand side of the car — damaging the rear bumper, dog leg, two doors, and front wheel well. They made everything totally easy, dealing with the insurance adjuster and car rental. They gave me clear estimates, gave me options to add detailing, took care of sending the car to/from the dealer for calibration, and in the end beat their time estimates by more than a week. We will never go to any other body shop in San Diego, these guys are the real deal.

I had to make another review here to express how well I’ve been treated at Amato’s. Mike has gone above and beyond to help accommodate me with little issues I’ve had with the car. Not only did they do great body work on the car from my accident back last year, but they also have helped correct unrelated issues post accident like wind noise coming from the front windows, center brake light bleed that was damaged from a tint shop, and side view mirror vibration issues.
